Team Coaching
Sabre and Thriving LeadershipTM
Imagine a Swiss Army knife… ‘the iconic symbol of versatility and resilience’ …many knives combined into one device, each with a specific purpose serving a different need. In any given moment, you just need to know which one is the best to help you.
You can make a comparison to all the existent team development modalities (team training, team building, team consulting, team facilitation, team coaching) – each with its own specific purpose, and knowing how and when to use each modality makes a profound difference.
Our Partnership with Dr. Elena Hinova-McNamee adds the fast growing ‘Team Coaching’ to our echelon of team development modalities.
In the last four years, Elena’s focus has been on expanding the modality of real team coaching to enable sustainable organisational transformation. Her Ph D work demonstrates the need for an inside-out approach, illuminating the point of difference that inner work is the kick starter.
For the past ten years, Elena has been coaching executive leaders throughout Southeast and Western Europe, UK, USA, Canada and Australia.
Prior to that, Elena spent over fourteen years in leadership roles in the corporate world - Human Resources Director, Business Development Director, and as CEO in one of the most human sensitive industries - Health Care and Pharmaceuticals.
Her mission is to enable, through executive leadership and team coaching, leaders and teams to thrive on purpose and inspire them to use their businesses as a force for good.
